I admire Strong is Beautiful when I attended the classes for over a year. I felt it was time for me to move on and really focus on building muscle and lifting heavier. I attend another high intensity class that fits my fitness goals better. I love Alexya and all her statements and encouragement for all women to be active and enjoy fitness. My one biggest downfall about the studio is there is so much clients in one class session that it can be very overwhelming. Alexya has always been so sweet! She is so encouraging. This is my 7th challenge with her and she does not come to play! Definitely recommend.

I swear Alexya has like 10 eyes! When you think she isn’t looking, she goes right over to fix your form or tells you to add more weight. She is a super woman, one I admire dearly. She is not only a coach, but a mom, business owner, model (a human Barbie). What I love the most is how she makes working out creative, it’s never the same boring workouts.
