Our ac unit went out yesterday (Saturday) Scott called just to set up an appointment and Mike was on his way to another job and swung by to check ours out today Sunday. He was able to fix it and get us up and running. He was very professional and gave us some tips on how to clean and keep maintenance up on it.
I had a simple question about a connector for a porter dishwasher and he told me he appreciates if I didnt call his business then hung up on me, so BEWARE hes not professional, he's rude, and disrespectful
