If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT use this company. I had them install new springs and cables. Cost over $1500. The installation went so poorly that they had to come out less then 3 weeks later and fix it. Now again, 6 months later, we had to get it fixed again. I hired someone else and the new hire indicated that they installed the wrong size spring on the doors. The quality of work is extremely poor and they don't use the right supplies. They also had me pay them via Venmo...which is against Venmo's T&Cs.

Absolutely the worst experience. If there was a negative star I would choose that. I called this company Strong Grafton Garage Door for repairs to my parents garage door opener. I confirmed with a lady that a person would call me in a few hours. I recieved a phone call some time later with a person telling me that the service tech will come out at 9:45am. It is 11:00am. i had a broken garage door spring and couldn't get my door open, but the team responded really quickly after i reached out. they came to my home in grafton the very next day, and malachi finished fixing the spring while i was still on my lunch break—it was that fast! the service was smooth and everything works great now. malachi also left a business card near the opener button, which is helpful if i ever need garage door help again. overall, super fast and friendly service—would definitely recommend for anyone needing garage... read more

He carefully explained what repairs were needed and suggested ways to keep our garage doors working smoothly, especially during the cold Wisconsin winters. Cameron listened to our concerns and made sure we understood the reasons for each recommended replacement. He pointed out any issues and clearly explained the solutions.
