Highly recommend this garage door installer. They answered my call near the end of the day and still made time to come out to my home in Frederick. Bradley checked the damage on my old garage door after it started failing while going back up, and it was clear the door was at the end of its life. By the next day, Bradley had a new garage door on order for me. The install took a little time because of supply and scheduling delays, but the crew that came out for the removal and new garage door installation did an excellent job... read more
I called over the weekend about a broken garage door spring, and Bradley got back to me first thing Monday morning to confirm a same-day 12–4 arrival window. Jonah called ahead, showed up around 1 PM, and finished the garage door spring repair in about 45 minutes. The whole visit was smooth, friendly, and professional. Jonah was also very patient with all my garage door questions and explained the repair process clearly, which I really appreciated. A helpful tip for other homeowners in Frederick: make sure the side entry doo... read more
We called for help when our garage door would not open with the remotes. bradley came out quickly and was very professional. i explained the problem, and he walked us through two repair options: adding an external receiver or replacing the opener motor. Both choices were reasonably priced, and i appreciated that he did not push the more expensive garage door opener replacement right away. He felt the receiver was a good first step and the most cost-effective fix. After that visit, the door started acting unpredictably for a ... read more
Bradley and Jonah were fantastic. Jonah came out early on a weekend morning when my garage door broke and made sure I could get my car out so I would not be stuck. He returned the next morning and completed a new garage door installation quickly and professionally. Bradley also helped fast when I called about a garage door opener problem and had a new opener installed within a short time at a fair price. The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress free. They explained the repair and installation options clearly, showed ... read more
Amazing customer service and great garage door installation work. I had a damaged garage door on an older garage, and the job needed several custom modifications to make the new door and hardware fit correctly. They gave me one of the best prices around and kept me informed through each step of the garage door replacement process. The installer handled a challenging setup very well, including limited lighting in the garage, and still finished the work in a timely and professional way. There were a lot of factors that could h... read more
