Each and every individual's have reason to complain that isn't to their expectations. The point I want to say is. Why did you go there in thee first place. Work there then you would understand. Stop complaining move on. Over the years this company has parts of cars I've trash fixed myself. The knowledge of any cars I question them thinking I know better. Down fall I didn't listen. Made me run twice as they gave out the wrong part.
The counter staff there really professional and friendly . If you have questions ，just email them ，which is pretty helpful .
I have been a long standing customer of Strong Subaru, approx 15 years, last two times I have purchased the parts have been faulty. apparently they test the items but not tested enough. They are at the upper end of part prices. A lot of the expense is having to get there get back and install the part. They did refund the last faulty item but what about the time and annoyance of it with no real apology. I’m done with them and now use Mega Auto Parts in Henderson.
40 mins wait. Maybe have 3-4 people serving at the reception counter during busy times.
