Strong Fitness & Fun formerly SOAR! United™ offers a climate-controlled fitness park loaded with obstacles inspired by the hit NBC TV show American Ninja Warrior. Challenge yourself physically and mentally while tackling a wide variety of obstacle courses from beginner to expert. Host your events or parties for all ages with our concierge hosts. Coaches are onsite to train and encourage while participants work to master each obstacle. Tickets include full access for 2 hours.

Extraordinary Birthday Party Experience! We love strong Fitness and they took my daughters' request of a "ninja" party to the next level. The access for all ages and abilities, as well as the help we had in setting up, serving cake, and cleaning up was perfect. It allowed me the opportunity to visit with guests while all 22 kids were happily entertained and never felt rushed or overcrowded. Thanks again for making healthy kids and fun a hand-in-hand experience!
We had my son's 3rd birthday party here, and I highly recommend!! Well priced for all they do in terms of planning and support. They make the whole process smooth and easy!
This is such a wonderful place for kids to get exercise. Being indoors, it provides a nice place to play in any weather. There are open play times where kids can come and play, and there are also classes. We participated in both and really enjoyed it. You can also purchase an open play membership. The benefit of this type of exercise is that it focuses on strength skills that are foundational to any other sport or activity, as well as general attention and focus.
