Worst tenants I ever had. Trash people.
I cannot even rate my experience because it was so terrible. Every one of these bad reports about the company is true. They use inferior wood that cracks and bends. They will replace them but when the problems persists, they will not call you back and disappear. A good attorney should take up these cases in a class action suit against them.
Awful service!! Poor workmanship!! After less than 6 months, the premium money we paid for the so called "premium" boards and board on board design have quickly failed, shrinking and cracking beyond reasonable expectations of a much older fence. They damaged our neighbors sprinkler system and refuse to answer their phones and emails to repair tbad boards they installed.
