I love going to Strong Energies. I have been looking for a GYM where I could take my 5 year- old with me while I workout. This may not be for every one but truly is a blessing. As a single mom is not easy to leave my daugther to go to a regular GYM. Also Lupita is an amazing triner, she offers different nutritional and excersise plans tailor to you. Thank you for being an option for single moms out there!
