I love strong city. I have been a member now for 30 days. I go 5 days a week to the 530 am class, I absolutely love it. Everyone is wonderful, supportive and knowledgeable. I have found my new fitness family. I am seeing huge results in just 30 days and can't wait to see more. I highly recommend strong city
I absolutely LOVE my gym!!!! I am so thankful for Strong City. It is a family environment, very welcoming. The coaches are amazing. I feel like my running is better as a result of working out there and I know it will help me stay fit and mobile for life. Come join us for all the fun!!!! We work hard and enjoy the company while doing it!
I have found my gym! I love this place and actually look forward to going to each class! There is healthy competition and encouragement from everyone; a family friendly atmosphere and GREAT coaching.
Strong City is a very open and welcome environment that I would recommend to anyone is is starting their own fitness journey or continuing theirs.
