I’ve been wanting to learn lifting, and Jenny Dewey has made it so doable. We use the Trainerize app to track progress, and I watch her how-to videos (over and over!). Her workouts are smart, challenging, and dare I say, actually fun… even for someone who hates the gym (but refuses to quit!). Jenny's program is amazing! She does an incredible job explaining everything and also giving options if substituting is needed. Her workouts always challenge me, and leave me feeling like I worked hard. Her variety of exercises are great, and her expertise with how she uses them in the workouts is very effective for building muscle and feeling strong. Highly recommend Strong by Jenny!
