Absolutely amazing experience at Strong + Bendy. We booked for a dance class for my sisters 30th birthday. Throughout organising Rhi was so attentive and organised. They took on board all my requests and suggestions, and Sam crafted the perfect routine for our group. My sister can actually dance, and so she had her own solo within the routine which was amazing. An amazing local gym, great to support it as it’s a woman owned, one of a kind gym rather than a chain. I left a comment when they were facing some plumbing issues that there was a less than ideal smell in the studio, which I didn’t think they’d even read (on ClassPass). Not only did they read the comment, but they fixed the issue and offered us all free classes as compensation! Absolutely the best fitness classes and studio I’ve ever been to! SO welcoming, so fun and such a great workout! It’s a pleasure to go to a class at Strong & Bendy, the space is so well thought out, has such cool decor, it’s the first time EVER I really look forward to working out! Without the amazing team and insanely good classes, I don’t think I would enjoy moving my body as regularly, and as much as I do!
