They host the Special Olympics Powerlifting competition every year!! We love this place. If I didn't live 30 min away, it would be my gym of choice.

I have trained at gyms all over the world and nothing beats the vibe and leadership that JP has created at SBC. There is a machine that I Use pretty much every training day I told JP that it was on the fritz and he took it upon himself to fix the machine and bring in a new part for it within one hour of him being notified. He also holds his members accountable for the cleanliness of the gym I could go on and on about the leadership qualities that this man has. Great gym with plenty of equipment for whatever you need. Website was simple to navigate. Getting a day pass was easy and the communication with their emails was exactly what you needed without having to reach back out. If I lived in KC it would be the spot. Definitely making visits from time to time when im in town.
