Where to begin. First I made an appointment a week in advance to get valve cover gaskets in a Subaru replaced. Asked if they worked on Subarus and they said they do, the only thing they don't do is wiring. Great. Told them I needed them replaced because they are leaking and I didn't have the equipment to do it myself. Valve cover gaskets are quoted as 2.9 total hours of labour. I didn't leave for more than 5 minutes and they were calling me telling me it would be a 12 hour job and they didn't have time to do it. Whatever. Go... read more
