I had a buried line sever due to corrosion. Strong Arm came out showed genuine concern, diagnosed the issue also while looking over all of the infrastructure to find any potential problems related and non related to the issue at hand. It was super late in the evening going into the night and the gentlemen did not mind explaining to me the process of diagnosis, things to look out for and even offered future technical support over the phone if anything. Storm blew out my meter box and sub panel, strong arm csme over on the weekend to check everything out and made sure we were safe to be home. Then came over snd had the meter bix and sub panel replaced in a day and git my power back up. Very clean and professional work.
