We love Strong Arm! The Jiu-Jitsu classes helped my son develop confidence, focus and a competitive edge. Along with a variety of other classes like MMA, Wrestling, Judo & Tkd. All the professors, coaches and instructors are professional, patient and kind. Coach Justin Barker and his wife, Lisa create an inclusive and warm environment, they and the other Strong Arm members have become part of our family. Strong Arm is an amazing place to learn Jiu-Jitsu, get fit and make friends!

We’ve been part of the Strong Arm Family for over a year. Our son wanted to try Jiu Jitsu and we were looking for the perfect family friendly gym. Although we live over 30 minutes away, we’ve been making the drive 3 times a week ever since. Great family oriented teaching style for the kids classes, and the camaraderie they all share are like nothing I’ve ever seen. We absolutely love this gym! People are so friendly and out going. Everyone is willing to jump right in and help where needed. Coach’s are very knowledgeable and accommodating. My son loves the kids class. Very family and first responder friendly
