About this business
Strong and Fly is an acrobatic studio where we teach ages 7+ how to do aerial silks! It helps with fitness, strength, flexibility and endurance. Currently there is a limited schedule due to COVID-19 and all classes are limited to 8 students per class. You must book a class through the Vagaro App to reserve your spot! Hope to see you soon!

I have the best experience at strong and fly aerial silks class! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, they do a fantastic job of breaking down techniques, ensuring safety, and making the class fun I’ll definitely recommend!
Tiffany is the best aerial silks instructor you could ask for! She provides a very positive, encouraging and upbeat environment in all of her classes, perfect for any adults who are on the hunt for a new hobby. Can’t recommend Strong & Fly enough— 10 stars!!
As an adult, starting aerial silks can be intimidating, but Tiffany makes everyone, at any age, at any skill level feel welcome! She does a great job of meeting everyone at their current level, so you really feel like you're getting individual attention and encouragement even with a big group. Highly highly recommend!
My daughter takes aerial there and absolutely loves Ms. Tiffany! She is patient with both kids and adults and it's a warm learning environment that everyone enjoys!
