Respectfully, the levels of service provided by Stronco are pathetic. After spending almost $500 to have a 10 x 10 carpet at my tradeshow booth, I arrived to find the carpet was filthy. I asked the Stronco rep if they could simply have the carpet vacuumed. They directed me to the booth to speak with a Stronco management representative (Ilyena).
