They care a lot of about the pets that come in, I had to put my baby down but first they referred me to another specialist so they could assess her and see if we could do anything about it. They made the process so easy and gave me as much time as I needed with her
I initially brought my dog in several months ago for severe joint pain, when we couldn't get in for several weeks at our usual vet. I was concerned about switching due to her extensive medical history, but they reviewed her file in depth and addressed all my questions/concerns. At one point I unexpectedly broke down sobbing - partly because I hated seeing my girl in pain, and also having to leave her all alone (for sedated x-rays) at a vet we'd never before been to. Very professional. The tech was sweet when caring for my dog, kept him calm. They listened when I said that what was going on was not normal, and made sure I knew how to give him meds.
