I was disappointed in the lack of pricing transparency. I had no idea what anything was going to cost. They also did not ask before giving my dog spray cheese during the examination. We were new patients, and they did not ask about allergies, intolerances, or owner preferences before giving it to her. You're also automatically enrolled into using their pharmacy which charges exorbitant prices (about 3x what you would pay through something like Chewy for the exact same dosage and quantity). During a wellness exam, we were treated as new clients despite being patients since 2023 with multiple dogs seen here. Staff asked if our dog had been neutered—even though he had the procedure at this clinic a year prior. We were told the records were corrected, but the same error resurfaced at the next visit. At a follow-up for boosters and lab work, our dog was taken to the back without us—something that had never happened unless a procedure was involved.
