Absolute slumlord. Do not rent from them. They are discriminatory. I also asked for a walk through sheet, the guy Ron/Roy- whatever - said they don't typically do that and the only charge I could have is maybe under my stovetop which he lifted up - I had someone come clean that after. Only lived there for a few months. They kept hundreds out of my security deposit when it was clean and polished like new - the outside porch was even cleaner than when I moved in.
