Quality product. I couldn’t believe how heavy this was. My plumber had me weigh it. Can’t wait to get it installed.
I have a cast iron tub and all plumbing fixtures I bought from here in 2004. Now I need all new fixtures to replace the old ones and I call here for info and help. I talked to Alejandro on the phone and he took the time to walk me through everything I needed for my tub and wrote up the invoice for me. I’m so thankful for the great customer service he gave me and to be able to get replacements fixtures for a tub that is 100 yrs old! THANKS
Strom is an absolutely fantastic company to work with. They provide top quality products and customer oriented service. I recently needed a part (that had been lost by our plumber) to a shower system we had purchased. Two days after I placed the order I discovered I had inadvertently ordered the wrong part. Alejandro helped sort through what needed to be done and got my mistake corrected. In keeping with Strom’s high standards, he was professional, efficient and pleasant. It is wonderful to work with a company like Strom!

My wife really wanted a vintage, classic style for our bathroom, and I was mainly concerned about having to deal with tricky installation or hard-to-find parts.
