Absolutely avoid. Horrible communication. Called them to schedule a small rewiring task. The lady asked me for all my information and said they'd get back to me on the schedule. Got a text message later from Jeff, saying they could schedule me in. Then... Nothing. For 3 weeks. Nothing. Called back and apparently they had my name, but couldn't find my information (which was apparently why they never contacted me).
