Jess is great! She always provides a modification for the more advanced moves, and encourages you to listen to what your body can do during each set. As a working mom, I feel like I either have to sacrifice working out or spending time with my child, so I really appreciate being able to do both at once. Wonderful and kid friendly! Excellent workout, tons of modifications. I’ve found this to be a great way to do something for myself that’s inclusive and interactive with the kids 😊
