A neighborhood staple, stolen from us by Mount Sinai not renewing their lease. You will be missed so so so much, Strokos!
So I've gone to the deli several times merely for the convenience of being directly across the street from the hospital! You should expect that prices will never be the same! One day you'll be overcharged tremendously, and the next you might obtain reasonable price. For example, I witnessed a gentleman being charged $8 for a grilled cheese.
