Great shop! Good communication, knowledgeable mechanics and fairly priced for high quality work. I had a substantial suspension upgrade installed and steering kit installed on a 2012 f350 as well as an oil leak found and fixed in the vacuum pump and a disaster prevention kit installed. The work looks well done and the costs were transparent. I'll go back for any work i cannot do myself.
Richard was very helpful in helping me diagnose my vehicle over the phone and was very professional
Fantastic customer service, great communication. They are straight forward and honest. Sent my truck in for one issue and found another issue I wasn't aware of. They sent me a quote and suggested I not drive it. I didn't have the money for the repair at the time so I had to wait. 2 weeks later I was able to pay for the repair they honored the original quote and got my truck going again. Will absolutely use them again.
I went in for 5 easy things. New bearings on front axle, new front brake calipers, trans fluid, trans cooler install, turbo removal/inspection/upgrades, radiator flush/install. Total was around $5,000. 1. The front left caliper has now died twice. 2. They didn't put the coolant cap back on, so my truck overheated on the way home(had to stop and buy a new cap and expensive coolant). I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to write one for Stroker Diesel. I’ve got a ’97 7.3 OBS Power Stroke and was planning a front axle swap. Anyone who owns one of these trucks knows how hard it is to find a shop that really understands them anymore, especially for bigger work like that.
