My mum has been in since December and I cannot praise the staff enough! My mum is well looked after
My dad is in this place as we speak and to be quiet honest it is terrible some staff are really helpful but then again there is also staff in there that really are not bothered my dad has been in 5 weeks now caught covid got a bowel infection and has also had 2 falls the latest 1 yesterday and I was told that he must have dropped the side down on his own highly unlikely when he is struggling to even maintain any dignity here⁰ which I would have thought they would be more caring.
My dad is in Beech Hill following a stroke the staff are really lovely and caring and the place is lovely and clean the family would like to thank you all for the excellent care
