Dr was great and wait time was only a min or two 👍🏼😁
Dr. Luo was very patient and kind with my brother. We didn't arrive at the appointment exactly on time and he worked through his lunch to see my brother. His comments were well thought out and delivered in a manner that were easy for us to understand. His surgical abilities are superb and his concern for his patients is inspiring.
