This is a very unfortunate review because Dr. Zauner is great, however his staff, specifically Michelle and Diedra are absolutely terrible. They have zero compassion, zero respect, are lazy and don’t want to put in any work for the Doctors patients. If you need a call back, records sent, or an insurance authorization...good luck. I am a new mom, with symptoms that are getting worse, then add a pendemic, all I was hoping for was a little help from them. I have called numerous times in order to schedule..seems they are too busy to answer there phones and even to busy to return a call... ...
As many have stated, Dr. Zauner himself is a five star surgeon, but the office manager is ineffective with patient management, which results in a staff that is not focused on patients. I highly recommend Dr. Zauner for patients, but I strongly suggest them to be assertive with the staff.
