Luke and Laura are both very responsive, and are always happy to help when I call. I can't express how much better it is to have local insurance agents that actually care rather than a giant corporation with a twenty step phone tree.
I would not use this agency. My phone calls never get returned. they lack professionalism and customer service and just dont care in my Opinion!! Laura caused me anxiety with her attitude in not following through with things!!! I owned my own business for over 20+ years, and would not use Strobel ever again. Shop around, its in your best interest!!
