If you like high intensity one on one personal strength and conditioning Strive is for you. It’s clean and the app makes it easy to book sessions. Several trainers available- both male and female. Street parking typically easy.
It can be as simple as you want it to be- if you come to strive and follow their plan you are 100% guaranteed results. The best part is, this gym is a community. And you will grow beyond just the physical progress. Cam and his team are the best in the city!!
Without a doubt THE BEST place to train in Chicago. (And I’ve been to 100+ different gyms.) The trainers are incredible: motivating, knowledgeable, and challenging in the best way possible. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you want to increase your physical performance in any way, and experience all the benefits of a strong, healthy, fit body — for any age or gender — this is the place to go.
