I have an injury in my shoulder (grade 2 AC joint separation) that became chronic after I was initially unable to access the help I needed to have it heal properly. I am so grateful to Dr. Goodwin and the rest of the staff at Strive Spine and Sport. I am disabled and on AISH; which unfortunately is often a barrier to getting treatment from many clinics. I scheduled an appointment after a car accident and showed up, only to be told once I arrived that billing had to be confirmed with the insurance company before. Because of their lack of communication, I wasn’t even allowed to be seen. I wasted over an hour of my time and gas driving there and back for absolutely nothing. This could have been handled beforehand with a simple phone call. After being in a car crash, the last thing I need is more stress caused by pure incompetence.

The front end staff were friendly and very welcoming. Dr.Sulz listened to my concerns about my back and was very knowledgeable on which way to provide treatment for my condition. Very friendly and attentive. The office was very modern and clean. I really felt listened to and cared for. Would highly recommend this place. After one treatment in the decompression machine, my back pain is gone. Aggressive treatment, but just what I needed.
