I have known I was hypermobile (HM) for at least 30 years. Jordan, a PhD physical therapist at Strive in Wyomissing is the first physical therapist who not only knew what hypermobility was, but knew how to help me build strength in my body. I came in as a walk in for back pain due to hurting it in a lifting injury. From the receptionist to the PT team, they were extremely caring and helpful in my journey through recovery. Special shout out to Jordan Martin! She was my Physical Therapist that supported and pushed me through my recovery to have me come out stronger than ever! Highly recommend STRIVE and their amazing team!!
Are you looking to actually get better? Scroll no further you have found THE gals for the job. Jordan and Sierra were AMAZING through my time at Strive. Having ADHD, physical therapy can be a HUGE hassle. I actually LOOKED FORWARD to coming here. Even when Sierra pushed my quads to lengths I didn’t think possible, I loved every second.
