I had Dominique for my evaluation and then I had Ryan for my 1st day of physical therapy and I cannot say enough great things about them! They were both so sweet and caring. They took the time to listen and explain everything to me to make sure I understood. I really appreciate how kind they were and how patient they were with me. The entire staff seems very professional.
Strive is the BEST! I've been there as well as two of my children. I've been to a great deal of physical therapy facilities and Strive is by far my favorite. Ryan and Kathleen are fantastic. I highly recommend Strive, Mullica Hill.
Please consider going anywhere other than here for your physical therapy needs. I had a good therapist but their business practices are very questionable. Definitely not a patient first philosophy here. You have a choice I encourage you to look elsewhere, I wish someone would have warned me!
We had a very positive experience at Strive and would definitely go back and recommend their practice to others. The therapists were caring, knowledable and did a great job of building rapport.
Nothing bad to say about the PT's but the billing department has serious issues. We setup a payment plan and made all payments as agreed but then Strive snuck in additional charges, never informed us, and then changed their payment plan service provider.
