I would never join a gym that hides its rates. It’s an absolute scam that I have to give you my email and phone number just to get a straight answer, only to be harassed by calls and told someone will “contact me” instead of just saying what the monthly fee is. What a pathetic and shady business practice. You’ve definitely lost me as a customer, (before I even know your monthly rate..) and I guarantee I’m not the first.

I am active duty military and haven’t been back to this gym on a membership in 5 years. This past week, I’m visiting home again and go for a day pass. The front desk tells me I never cancelled my membership and the charge has been sent to collections…. She tells me that if I pay $100 today she can “make it go away” and then I’ll be allowed to purchase a day pass. Absolutely pathetic. It is good jimnacio I have membership for more than 10 years the reason to give 2 stars is because the sauna take more than 3 months that does not working
