Very accommodating and knowledgable. The whole process was simple and would highly recommend!
Such a great office and great staff, explained the process very well, and my son wore his helmet less than expected!
We had a very bad experience with them, we ordered the helmet for our three months old and it was more than $1k and after we got it, he was not able to wear it for more than two ours because his head got extremely hot also he was crying a lot because that. And they didn’t inform us about that before. We contacted them and they advised to let him wear less clothes and it was winter time but even that didn’t help so at the end he didn’t use it and we still have to pay for it because its a custom design, And not returnable .
