We had a very bad experience with them, we ordered the helmet for our three months old and it was more than $1k and after we got it, he was not able to wear it for more than two ours because his head got extremely hot also he was crying a lot because that. And they didn’t inform us about that before. We contacted them and they advised to let him wear less clothes and it was winter time but even that didn’t help so at the end he didn’t use it and we still have to pay for it because its a custom design, And not returnable . We had a wonderful experience at Strive. We sought out a second option here and we are so glad we did. Our son made great progress with his helmet. We were supported throughout the entire process and had great evaluation check-in appointments. I would highly recommend Strive.
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I recommend Strive. Matt and his team are professionals in their field and provide a lot of useful information. Prices are reasonable, and insurance can cover the cost of the helmet. First we came for a consultation and ordered an Ottobock helmet (very comfortable, the child wore it 23 hours a day, slept in it, felt comfortable in it!). The helmet is easy to put on and take off. Very pleased with the team's professionalism and responsiveness. Was able to get a helmet on earlier than other places, received immediate appointments for concerns. They were also always respectful of my time, seeing me right at appointment start times.
