Great place but the music is obnoxiously loud. 5am sessions are so much harder with the music blasting especially over the free weight section
Well equipped gym with a good atmosphere. Great to combine with a spa session at Mystic Spa & Wellness.
My favourite gym I’ve been to. I have been doing weights for 10 years and this is the best equipment/facilities I’ve been to. If your priority is lifting weights this is the best gym to go to. Plus sauna/cold plunge
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I have been trying to get this gym to stop charging my card for a membership I have cancelled for a year. They agree to cancel the membership and stop charging me and then continue to charge my card. I have spoken to them numerous times, in person, over the phone, sent emails as well. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM OR YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE SCAMMED. NOT WORTH IT!
