I had a great first experience here today. They were quite busy, but it was’t too long before they got me back. The staff kept me updated on the wait throughout my visit. Jordan was the name of my provider, and she took her time to explain my options and provide thorough instructions on at-home care. I never felt rushed or looked down on despite me looking and feeling terrible (ended up testing positive for Covid). I will definitely recommend this urgent care to any friends in need.
They examined me, but had to send me to a hospital because of more descriptive technology. But gave me special care and even called me later in the day to make sure I was able to get all the help I needed. Thank you very much Strive!
