No showed after assuring me they would be there between 4-6pm on a Saturday when I had an active leak. When the plumber hadn’t shown up by 6pm, the answering service took my info and then said, “Someone will return your call after 9am Monday.” and quickly hung up on me. This was our second time using Frymire/Strittmatter. The cost was lower than expected this time since it was a weekend. Bryan Rodriguez was very thorough, professional, and polite. After taking care of our drain being backed up, he gave us a quote for permanent repairs and talked to us about services that members receive. We will be signing up to become members.
Patrick was great, very knowledgeable and got the HVAC working.
