Update: It has been a week and there has been no contact from this company. Update 2: More than 2 weeks and still no contact. Paid 17k but they won't refund less than $400 for a repair they caused. A review for the work done at my parents house: The work itself was mostly fine but they promised them a refund because failure to properly clear the lines after the repair resulted in the washing machine needing repairs. I've used Strittmatter for a kitchen leak and installation of a new faucet. An emergency repair to my furnace and again for my AC unit. Today was to fix my water heater when the contractor assigned by the builder refused to repair my water heater. Thank God that I am a Strittmatter customer, they were able to get me a tech right away who did an awesome job to repair and give me pointers on keeping my water heater in good shape.
