I had a horrible experience with Frymire. I have used them since my Mom had breast cancer for the second time. I even bought 2 new units from them. Which was installed wrong. I have had nothing but problems. Every time they come out it’s going to cost. Now they claim my warranty is expired and I need to buy a new a/c unit. And I bought it from them just 6 years ago. The customer service and honesty has gone down hill. I would advise to stay away since they only care about money and not integrity.
I dislike the virtual assistant that answers the phone. I think it spent about 5 minutes pestering me to find the age of my A/C before scheduling me for several days in the future. Fortunately I found another company with a human answering the phone. They came out same day, fixed it, and never asked about the age of my system.
AA-ron caught issues that the previous techs missed. Very thorough, great job.
