The waxing itself was fine, but I had an uncomfortable experience during my appointment. After I mentioned I was visiting from out of the country, the vibe from the waxer seemed to change. She made a comment about people from my country coming to get waxed because it was cheaper, which felt passive-aggressive. I felt uneasy for the rest of the appointment but stayed since the waxing had already started. I’ve always had a great experience here. Everyone is really friendly and Ashely is amazing at waxing! She always makes me feel very comfortable, and is extremely patient and clear with all of the steps. She is really friendly and the wax is over in no time!

Came in for a Brazilian wax, this was my first time at this location, staff was friendly, Claudia did an amazing job I am so happy with her work will be booking again. :)

Great experience at this location the staff are very kind and thorough. They don't rush the service and do an excellent job. Would recommend and will return for another service.
