We had a WONDERFUL experience! We called, they came and gave me suggestions- I changed the location several times and Mr. Dobson was cordial at all times. They started when they said they would. Ben came, he completed the work when weather permitted. Ben kept us informed and explained maintenance. He responded to all my calls and texts. They started in September and finished beginning of October. Absolutely beautiful!! Thank you!
After initial installation we had many issues with craftsmanship. The owner came back a few months later and tried to correct most of the issues. He was somewhat successful, but the finished product was still a C- at best. We are 2 years in now and have had deck coating cracking, tiles falling off, plastic skimmer housing cracking, etc... I would not recommend this company. They are cheap, but as usual, you get what you pay for.
