After initial installation we had many issues with craftsmanship. The owner came back a few months later and tried to correct most of the issues. He was somewhat successful, but the finished product was still a C- at best. We are 2 years in now and have had deck coating cracking, tiles falling off, plastic skimmer housing cracking, etc... I would not recommend this company. They are cheap, but as usual, you get what you pay for.
FULL of excuses as to why they can’t finish a pool and hot tub. The project is taking over 7 months to complete when we were told 6-8 weeks when we signed the contract. They leave LOTS of trash like snacks and drink cups all over your yard without picking them up. If they would actually show up to work 5 days a week when they start a project & not keep digging holes in multiple peoples backyards just to get a deposit check money & actually finish the projects they start maybe they would have better customer satisfaction.
