Well I was hoping after the first review you guys would get better but you have not and as a matter of fact you have taken down my first review LOL but that's okay because I'm going to post another one! So I stated in my first review that things were not being handled good at this place I would not recommend going there unless you have urgent care and even then I would go to the ER. I believe I previously wrote a poor review of Stripes, but I have to admit: things have seemed to change. I prefer to go to the location on Ellsworth Rd, in Mesa. The communication has improved (but still has a long way to go); however, the front office staff is far more professional and responsive than ever before. As for my provider: Vince Noriega is a fantastic provider, who is actually willing to listen to his patients.
