Men's restroom is always nasty and the store has a bad odor in front of the Laredo food area smells like the sewer.
I ordered a quesadilla and unfortunately this is what I received (see photos). The tortilla was badly burnt on both sides and tasted like charcoal. Large parts were completely black and inedible. It honestly looked like it had been left on the grill far too long. I had to throw away a good portion of it because it was impossible to eat. I understand that mistakes can happen, but food this burnt should never be served to a customer. Very disappointing experience.
Bathrooms are nasty. The drinks and the coolers aren’t never clean and customer service is not good and it always has a smell in the store like mold or old food.
