The review will be the start of a process to hold this traffic control company to the DOT regulations and professional decorum. They have been performing traffic control on Olympia between 45th and Hwy 397 in South Kennewick for the past couple of months. Throughout this project they have failed to clearly mark lane access and travel for local residences off 52nd Ave and this has been extremely frustrating to say the least. Dave hall knows he is not welcome near our family and will take any opportunity he can to be disrespectful and go against our wishes. Grandparenting through my wife’s ex because we asked for some distance and they refused to allow it. Dave did overstep and used your company to do so and not for the first time.
Super friendly people and helpful customer service!! We drove through some still wet tar that Stripe Rite put down in our neighborhood and tracked it up our driveway. I called to let them know, and *they* apologized and sent people out with a pressure washer to clean our driveway. Polite with great communication through the whole thing. I don't know anything about their pricing, scheduling, or hiring them, but this sort of customer service is rare and worth paying for. This is how you get returning customers.
