It was a back problem that brought me here. I was not able to pinpoint the exact "whatever" that caused the pain and made it so difficult to move, but that didn't stop Harleen from working a minor miracle and bringing me right back to pre-problem flexibility and comfort. Harleen, has helped me get to place where I am confident I can do the same things I did before my injury last year in June of 2024. I also have more stability in both knees because of the prescribed exercises and stretches. Due to wear and tear on my knee’s that comes with age I need to continue with maintenance which includes proper strengthening exercises and stretching.
