The only store I trust to repair my instruments... – I know the other person listed had a specific unfortunate incident, but I have been going to string shop for repairs many years as an ASU music major and music teacher, now for my children's instruments. They have a vast knowledge of string instruments from how it should sound to regulation specs of the instrument. Don't leave your instruments here you won't get it back. – String Shop of Arizona doesn't return merchandise. We don't know if they have it, sold it or what is going on because they won't return our phone calls. We trusted them with my Grandfather's violin and three bows. The String Shop had them for two years, they didn't sell and we requested they be returned. We still haven't received the third bow.
