I highly recommend the cooking school. I attended the salami & nduja course which was excellent. We had a group of 8, it was extremely well taught and very hands on. We started with a 1/4 of a pig and together created two salami products each. Learning all the steps and then doing them. We tasted a variety of salami and were given a top resturant quality lunch it drinks. I went home with 2kg of small goods that I made myself as well as course notes and confidence I could make my own in the future
Went there today to purchase a Masterbuilt Smoker. After asking via sms questions re availability and size etc which got very promptly answered i made my way to the store which is almost 1.5hrs from my place. It was 100% worth it as the lady which served me was super friendly and knowledgeable and even helped me getting the box with the smoker into the car. What a super friendly team! Congratulations to all Highly recommended!!
Purchased a Kamado Joe BBQ smoker and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Dave was incredibly helpful throughout the process — great customer service, always following things up and keeping me in the loop. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend.
not bad place, small. thought it would have more stuff for a chef or even home chef not just a cook. we had a voucher for this place, otherwise not sure we qoild ever visit. the spices section was ok, alot we use wasnt there.
