Thank goodness for Matt, he rescued our build when Porter Davis went into liquidation, leaving us in mid build, and a ton of defects and incomplete works. Matt took over, fixing up all problems that had been left behind. Matt is an excellent builder with his attention to detail and assuring everything was completely finished to our satisfaction, nothing was too much trouble, and he attended to all our requests, no matter how big or small. . We cannot recommend him highly enough.

We were Porter Davis clients who paid 90% of the contract price but ended with about a 60% complete house build with lots of serious defects in plumbing, brickwork, walls etc. Like others, we struggled through the protracted insurance process and ended with a settlement that still left us with significant out of pocket costs to fund the rectification and completion works.
