**Avoid this builder at all costs.** I had a terrible experience with him. They demanded payment before any work was completed and failed to pay their subcontractors, which resulted in threats from one contractor regarding unfinished work. Repairs on my property were never completed, and I ended up with a mismatched shower tap set.
