We needed our boat motor fixed and Derek promised he’d have space in a slip for our boat soon. Based on that, I spent $900 getting the boat towed to a nearby marina to wait for our space. He ignored repeated texts and phone calls and days later finally promised he’d call me back “in an hour” to tell me when we could access the slip. I have had nothing but good experiences with Derek and his crew. Responsive and on time which is great. The work I have had done has been some big jobs and some small and all treated as important. Highly recommended!
