Andy of Strikehard Mechanical has been absolutely awesome. He uncovered a complex wiring and systematic problem with my heating system. And he has been resolving it for me, step by step, in an honest and efficient way. There are still a few things to do, but Andy's customer service, knowledge, and kindness has been everything. I had a problem with an older central air-conditioning unit. To repair it every company I called wanted to charge me almost as much as a new unit would cost to replace it...you can guess what they wanted me to do...Andy came when he was supposed to, found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. He could have steered me to a new unit like the others but he knew it wasn't necessary. Honesty and integrity are words that can't be applied to a lot of service companies. Was hit with entire AC shutdown on the hottest days of the summer. Andy worked with us and provided temporary relief by leaving a portable unit which saved the days. Andy analyzed our needs and current deficiencies by thoroughly applying his technical expertise. He worked with us and was totally transparent and professional before each decision was made.
