A coach/trainer can change a child’s perception of hard work, of competition, and of themselves. Coaches/trainers have the power to inspire and influence in ways parents can't. You can tell taking the classes that the instructors have a passion for quality training. You get a high level experience with a good fight family environment. If the schedule had more times during the day I could return but I definitely wouldn't choose another gym over this one in the area.

Came in for my free first class and will DEFINITELY be coming back! You can tell these guys really know their stuff. Everyone (including other students) are very friendly and the workouts and sparring are challenging. This is the real deal.
